Shaping Tomorrow's Leaders Today

Empowering Young Minds to Innovate and Lead. Shaping a Brighter Future with Purpose and Passion.

History

Innovate Academy and Preparatory School started as a small PreK- 8th grade campus in 2019. Founding members were looking for a school that believed in a growth mindset while fostering a competitive spirit. They also believed that a well rounded student is one that will be ultimately successful academically. The community caught onto Innovate, mostly by word of mouth, and the school organically grew. Now, Innovate welcomes over 300 students, has a high school and is fully accredited. Keeping our routes in mind, Innovate Academy is committed to maintaining a tight knit community with small classes and a work hard, play hard mentality.

5 Pillar Approach

Financial Literacy

Financial literacy refers to the ability to understand and manage various aspects of personal finances. It involves having the knowledge, skills, and confidence to make informed and effective financial decisions. Financial literacy is crucial for individuals to navigate their financial lives successfully, achieve their goals, and build a secure financial future.

Mindfulness

Mindfulness refers to the ability to recognize, understand, manage, and effectively use emotions in ourselves and others. It involves a set of skills that enable individuals to navigate social situations, build strong relationships, and make more informed and empathetic decisions. Mindfulness is often seen as a critical aspect of personal and professional success, as it influences how we interact with others, handle stress, and manage our own emotions.

Life Skills

Life skills are a set of essential abilities and competencies that individuals need to navigate daily life effectively, interact with others, and cope with various challenges they encounter. These skills enable individuals to adapt, make informed decisions, and handle different situations in a competent and constructive manner. Life skills are often categorized into different areas, each focusing on crucial aspects of personal and social development.

Community & Service

Service and Community involves actively participating in and contributing to the well-being of local communities or broader social groups. It goes beyond individual interests and focuses on making a positive impact on the community as a whole.

Personal Responsibility

Personal responsibility refers to the idea that individuals are accountable for their own actions, decisions, behaviors, and the consequences that result from them. It involves recognizing and accepting one’s role in shaping their life circumstances and outcomes. This concept encompasses various aspects of life, including relationships, work, health, and more.

Fund Innovate

The Innovate Fund program exemplifies the power of generosity in enhancing educational opportunities. Through the kindness and financial support of individuals and communities, this program ensures the provision of high-quality resources, an improved learning environment, and the necessary assets for students. This initiative underscores the belief that collective contributions can significantly impact the educational journey, offering students access to the best tools and environments to foster their growth and success.
